Prospective client will have an opportunity to meet the main attorney and briefly discuss the matter at issue.
Fee arrangement - hourly, flat fee, or contingency can also be discussed.
Attorney Consultation
This is a paid consultation with an attorney where a prospective client orally summarizes the matter at issue and an attorney provides a preliminary legal consultation based on the prospective client's summary.
Comprehensive Analysis
This applies to any transactional or litigation dispute involving review of up to 50 pages of documents. Here, the managing attorney will review/analyze documents in advance and discuss said analysis.
